omg gives you a cloud computer that runs coding agents for you. School is when you have the most ideas and the least money, so there is a free plan for people in education.

Who it is for

• Students at a school, college or university.
• Teachers, lecturers and teaching assistants.
• Academic researchers and PhD candidates.
• Students in a coding bootcamp with a school address.

What you get

Starter Plus, free for three months. It includes the same agents, Computer and monthly AI credit as the paid plan. When the three months end, your account goes back to the free plan. Mail us again and tell us what you built, and we can renew it.

In return, we ask you to show us what you build and to tell us what works and what does not. That helps us make omg better for students.

How to get it

Email [email protected] from your school address with the subject "Education plan". Include:

• your school or university email address, sent from it;
• your school, what you study or teach, and your year;
• the email address on your omg account, if it is a different one;
• what you want to build, and who it is for.

We read every mail and aim to reply within two business days. If it checks out, we send a link to your school address. Open it while signed in, and your account moves to the education plan.

You do not have to wait for the mail. Start on the free plan and mail us. The education plan is for accounts on the free plan, so if you already pay for a plan, say so in the mail.

Teaching a class?

If you want omg for a whole class, a lab or a student club, say so in the same mail and tell us how many people. Groups are handled by hand too.
